Refund Policy
Intelligent Police Solutions recognizes that law enforcement schedules can change and attendees may need to cancel their reservations for courses.
Due to our scheduling and limited seating, we request that you cancel at least 30 days before the day a course is scheduled to start. This gives us the opportunity to permit others to register for the class.
Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance of the course start date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made 7 – 29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
Substituting a qualified attendees is acceptable at any time. You may also request to apply any fee paid towards one of our future courses.
No refunds will be given for no shows.
